The lapidary workshop is open on Saturday morning from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm for members wishing to cut and polish opal. Members are required to pay a small fee for using the workshop.

Prerequisites - lapidary course and demonstrated ability to form cabochons.

A supervisor is in attendence to assist members wishing to learn this very rewarding art.
